• Introducing viruses, malware, or ransomware
• Executing DDoS attacks or service disruption attempts
• Phishing/scamming other users

✔️ Fraud & Misrepresentation

• Manipulating ratings/reviews artificially
• Payment fraud or chargeback abuse

Violations result in immediate account termination and legal action under Belizean cybercrime laws.

1.4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellation 24+ hours before service
• 50% Refund: Within 24 hours of booking
• No Refund: Within 2 hours of service time
